Welcome to Fizikly Fit Food! My name is Dawn, I’m a strength and nutrition coach, a lover of fitness and good food, and a mom to 2 amazing kids (Miss C is pictured here). I love working with clients, helping them reach and exceed their fitness goals!

To be truly successful at reaching health and fitness goals, nutrition must play a big part. I love to cook; but not all my clients do. I started sharing quick, easy, healthy meal ideas with my clients, my friends, and my family. This blog is a way to continue to share these ideas on a larger scale.

Some of these recipes are mine. Many of the recipes found here are ideas I found on the inter-webs, Pinterest, and other sources that I have tweaked. I take no credit for the creativity here, and any mistakes found are mine.
