Korean-Style Pork Chops

This flavorful marinade can be made more or less spicy depending on your preferences.


4 pork chops

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

2 Tbsp honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp ginger, minced

2 tsp sriracha

Salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 400*.

In a medium sized bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and sriracha. Pour over pork chops and let marinade approximately 20 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven safe skillet over medium high heat. Remove chops from marinade, and add to pan. Cook chops for 5 minutes to get a nice seat. Flip the chops and cook additional 4 minutes.

Place the skillet in the oven to finish cooking the chops. Enjoy.
